Assistant Accessories Designer – Full Time

About the job:

We have a great opportunity for an Assistant Accessories Designer to join our Design team who are based at our head office in London.
You will assist the Senior Accessories Designer across leather bags, laminated bags and various accessories based projects. This will include developing new hardware for bags, sourcing components and new leathers, designing, instructing and liaising with factories and seeing these designs through to production.
We work on 4 seasons a year and work closely with the print team to develop new prints for the laminate bags, so if you have an interest in print that is a bonus.
We are still a fairly small team and we all chip in to help with various other projects, including lookbook shoots, LFW shows, etc. so you must also be willing to participate in these too.

About you:

We are looking for someone enthusiastic who loves bags and design, and can bring new creative ideas to our collections.
You will use your own initiative, will be creative, practical, extremely thorough and organized, with excellent attention to detail; someone who loves the technical challenge and construction problem solving to back up their creative ideas.
This position would suit a recent graduate with a degree or equivalent in fashion, accessories design or 1-2 years of industry experience in this field.
Experience in Illustrator is a must.

Junior Wholesale Co-Ordinator

We are now looking for a full time, permanent Junior Wholesale Co-Ordinator to join our Wholesale team in London, reporting to the Senior Wholesale Co-Ordinator.

Duties will include:

  • Liaising with the US team to ensure regular contact with customers
  • Managing sales orders on Protex database, cross-checking information for accuracy
  • Generating open order reports, to forecast a financial income for the upcoming season
  • Producing weekly delivery summary for department and feedback to Production, Finance & Wholesale teams
  • Chasing deliveries and handling returns
  • Dealing with stock queries and discrepancies; negotiating any late delivery discounts and cancellations
  • Preparation of Free to Sell
  • Developing licensing orders for stores, eCommerce, customers and promotional accounts
  • Ensuring that licensing reports (Free to Sell) are received from licensees, internally reporting new sales/discounts and any other licensing updates on a weekly basis
  • Assist in the maintenance and accuracy of Protex database
  • Assist with annual stock takes
  • Assist with stock transfers between different warehouses

To be considered for this role you will:

  • Preferably have previous third party wholesale experience
  • Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Be a team player
  • Have intermediate Excel skills
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills
  • Be self-motivated and proactive

Temporary Accounts Assistant


We are currently looking for a temporary Accounts Assistant to work full time hours on an ongoing basis. This role will be based at our head office in London.

Duties include:

  • Accounts Receivable
  • Kilver Court monthly invoicing (sales report consolidation, creating and emailing monthly invoices and credit notes)
  • Allocating customer payments
  • Running Debtors Ledger report
  • Creating accounts for new customer/put accounts on hold/update customers credit limit
  • Credit control/ collecting receipts and checking credit references


Monthly Reporting

  • Posting all credits into Sage through Cash book and Sales Ledger
  • Recording, analysis and reconciliation of online transactions (WorldPay and American Express accounts)
  • Monthly account reconciliation (HSBC £ $ €, Shop Cash, Shop Card in Excel and Sage) to bank statements
  • Helping with the month end closing and opening cash book
  • Preparing and uploading EC Sales List
  • Preparing the cash book and P&L for the NY store
  • Management of Promotional Account (order processing, invoicing, reconciliation)
  • Analysing staff account and credit card statements (posting, reconciliation)


  • Assist the Company Accountant in preparing the Year?end audit file
  • Helping Company Accountant to post journals and clear customer/staff accounts.
  • General Ad Hoc duties such as: filing, posting, banking cheques.

To be considered for this role you must be available to start immediately and have a minimum of 2 years previous experience within Finance.

Marketing Executive

We now have an exciting opportunity for a full time Marketing Executive to join our head office in London.

Duties will include:

  • Supporting the Retail Manager in developing retail initiatives for the UK stores
  • Using social media to include imagery for Facebook and Instagram, imagery for brand presentations and signs to advertise in-store promotions
  • Researching marketing options for key events such as Christmas, Easter, Valentines Day, etc.
  • Managing the Curalate platform, ensuring content is updated on a daily basis
  • Liaising with the Website Designer and Web Developer to produce, revise and approve the weekly newsletter
  • Diarising the Creative Director’s appearances at events and liaising to confirm her invitations
  • Supporting the Design team with events, collection launches, Fashion Week initiatives and press days
  • Actively contributing fresh ideas and suggestions for outreach within social media and PR campaigns and initiatives
  • Managing the marketing calendar including collection launches for eCommerce
  • Supporting the eCommerce Manager in actively seeking new marketing initiatives through digital outreach
  • Assisting during collection launches to maximise communication between eCommerce Manager and Retail Manager to ensure that deadlines are met
  • Assisting the CEO with arranging networking and business events
  • From time to time attending networking events on behalf of the Company
  • Assisting the CEO with brand presentation content and approval

This is a varied and challenging role; to be successful you will thrive in a fast paced environment and be able to juggle many different things at once. As this is a stand-alone position you must also be a quick learner - you will ideally already be a successful Marketing Executive looking to take the next step in your career.
