eCommerce Creative Co-Ordinator

We now have an exciting opportunity to join our eCommerce team as a Creative Co-Ordinator.

Duties will include:

  • Designing weekly newsletters for the UK & US websites
  • Designing digital campaigns needed for web and social media channels
  • Sending and liaising with photographer on new season collection
  • Working with the web team to change over the website at the start of each new fashion season
  • Creating and uploading new products, categories and banners on CMS system
  • Monitoring website performance and raising any technical issues with IT support
  • Helping test new functionalities and designs on the website
  • Helping to maintain product upload and gathering information from other departments in the business where necessary
  • Assisting with promotional and sale set up on the website

 

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Be proficient in Photoshop
  • Have excellent Microsoft Office skills - ideally intermediate level, particularly Excel
  • Have at least 3 years previous experience
  • Possess previous experience of working with a Content Management System with the ability to add new pages and set up offers
  • Hold strong organisational skills, being able to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Have a passion for design, ecommerce and retailing
  • Possess exceptional attention to detail and creative thinking
  • Have a love of fashion
  • Be able to work well as part of a team

Logistics & Data Co-Ordinator

We are currently looking for a full time, permanent Logistics and Data Co-Ordinator to join our head office in London.


This is a great opportunity to work as part of our team, ensuring the logistical transportation of product from suppliers into the business. In addition you will be entering data onto our Protex database system.
You will be able to master tasks quickly and be willing to work in a fast paced environment. Excellent attention to detail is vital as well as a professional working attitude.
To be considered for this role you must be able to clearly demonstrate previous logistics experience, preferably within the retail industry.

Duties will include:

Seasonal shipments

  • Enter commodity codes and weights for each new season on Protex
  • Create and update the weekly delivery schedule from the PO's raised on Protex each season
  • Send suppliers production shipping manual each season
  • Set up warehouses for new season deliveries
  • Follow up all Production deliveries 24-48 hours prior to delivery to ensure timely arrival from suppliers into relevant Warehouse
  • Lisaise with forwarders regarding delivery and clearance
  • Update sales team of any major delays; notify Warehouse of inbound shipments

Protex Data Set Up and Reporting

  • Work with the Production team to ensure all styles are set up each season
  • Support and set up Protex data including, style codes, colours, sizes, prices, BOMS and costs
  • Assist with order forms
  • Assist with raising and amending PO’s to send out to the factories when necessary
  • Assist Accounts with monthly Intrastat report

Courier & Office Assistance

Arrange small package shipments via UPS to our global suppliers and for Head Office
Answer the phones where necessary and support Office Manager

Stocktakes

  • Liaise with Production team and accounts department regarding stock takes to assist and ensure the Protex work is done
  • Yearly stock takes for US and UK warehouses
  • Yearly raw material warehouses stock takes
  • Investigate any large discrepancies, with suppliers and Warehouse where applicable
  • If a stock discrepancy is discovered, make an adjustment in Protex

Wholesale

  • Liaise with USA team to ensure regular and relevant contact with US customers
  • Upload sales orders onto Protex database
  • Generate open orders report to ensure completion of all deliveries within agreed windows and projection of revenue
  • Resolve all warehouse delivery queries within 24 hours
  • Deal with stock queries, delivery discrepancies and returns
  • Update stock adjustment, discount and cancellation records for accurate reports
  • Prepare Free to Sell report
  • Stock reconciliation beween Protex and warehouse WMS

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Have previous Logistics experienceBe proficient in MS office, particularly Excel
  • Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Enjoy working within a team environment
  • Have strong interpersonal skills
  • Be self-motivated and proactive
